 hly anticipated\, anxiously awaited\, enthusiastically awaited event of th
 e spring is joining forces with Revelstoke's Re-Fest for 2024 and will be 
 taking place on Saturday\, May 25th on 2nd street west (just outside of th
 e Sugar Shack) in the evening!\n\nJoin us for an unforgettable celebration
  of creativity and sustainability at the 2024 Trashion Show.  Participants
  will fashion imaginative outfits using nothing but garbage and recyclable
 s\, showcasing the beauty of eco-friendly fashion. Cheer on the models as 
 they strut their stuff on the runway\, inspiring us all to embrace sustain
 able living in style. Don't miss this opportunity to witness innovation an
 d environmental consciousness come together in a fun and festive atmospher
 e!\n\nTrashion is a portmanteau of "trash" and "fashion\," referring to th
 e practice of creating fashion items or outfits using discarded materials 
 or items that would otherwise be considered waste. It's a form of sustaina
 ble fashion that promotes recycling\, upcycling\, and creativity by turnin
 g trash into wearable art.\n\nEvent Timeline:\n\n6:30pm: Music and crowds 
 gather\n7:00pm: Trashion Show begins\n7:45pm: Premier screening of Patagon
 ia's Shittropocene film\n\nEvent Rules:\n\n- Outfits must only be made of 
 materials that were destined for the landfill. Do not create more waste to
  create your outift.\n- Designers are responsible for providing their own 
 models\n- Keep it clean - this is a family friendly event\n\nNew for 2024:
 \n\n- There will be no admission fee or outfit entrance fee\, the Birch &a
 mp\; Lace team will be doing their own fundraising for Earth Month\, the T
 rashion Show will be used to promote sustainable living and inspire the co
 mmunity to think twice about their own consumerism habits.
